SDSX was incorporated on November 14, 2017, the original SDSX team was established in 2008.
The company focused on 5G, 6G base stations, as Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride material (3rd-Gen semiconductor) of the Power Amplifier PA, the Low Noise Amplifier LNA development, production and marketing, corporate headquarter located in Futian District, Shenzhen. SDSX owns R & D centers in Chengdu, Nanjing; as well as Sales office in Shanghai, Xi'an, SDSX has around 100 employees.
